There have been JCB tractors and backhoes up here since the mid-70's at 
least.  It's a familiar product line, although not as well-known as Cat 
or John Deere, etc.  They have an "higher-class" status than the common 
American brands -- but whatever, they've been well-established and 
accepted in this country for a long time
