I suppose that if you had been motoring your wife and two kids around England 
with a 350cc BSA motorcycle equiped with sidecar, and you suddenly got passed 
by some college kid in  a Berley with a 500cc "knocker", you would consider 
that Berkley a "high speed tourer".
