Let me smoke this by the list,
Would any useful information be gained by putting temperature
indicating markings on the outside of the headers close to the flange? In
heat treat at the old lazy L, we used Tempil chalk sticks that changed
appearance when reaching a given temperature. They were available in 50
degree increments from 200 degrees to 1600 degrees. Would there be a
constant relationship to the EGT?
