  List
  Crowd control and other rules are a lot easier to control under strip
layouts, unlike 12 miles of course and and 2 return roads. Hard enough to get
volunteers for patrols,
  Harder to do even with a couple of rovers.

    John;

    Not to beat a dead horse, but back in my ol' drag racin' days if someone
violated the return road speed limit, he was immediately disqualified.

    I know from my side of the line that driving/riding a race vehicle is a
    problem. Seems that some people can't control that right foot/wrist and
have
    a tendency to run greatly over the allowable speed limit.
