I know he was heading south on that run, but I believe it was his first
pass. They were running south on the first FIA passes as they had just
finished BNI record runs. Nolan's southern run at Speedweek was his "backup
run". If I remember correctly, he hadn't made a pass since the last one at
Speedweek when the chutes failed.
