Yep. Way, way back when I was a very young fireman, we had a very old mechanic
on the department. We had a 1917 American laFrance fire truck we were
restoring. He'd heat rusted nuts until they were red, then hit them with a
little blast from a CO2 bottle. Every once came off without sweat.
