Interesting thread on the ways in which to reduce running cubic capacity
used in a vehicle.  

But, do you get around the rules by just preventing a cylinder from firing?
The SCTA definition of the displacement of a reciprocating engine says
nothing about the fuel/air charge in the cylinder(s) firing or not.  If you
have a measurable stroke in an unlit bore will you fail at impound?
No other organisation seems to cover this point either.......
Over to the rule writers....
