Spring rates

List,
 As the Monza is slowly coming back together I'm thinking of changing the
spring rates. What would be a good starting point?
Monza's are coil sprung and I can fit any of the 5 inch racing type springs
in it front or rear. I've thought of air 
bags but it would be tough to do in the front.
