NOS Question

I too want to pursue the issue of mounting a NOS bottle in the 
rear compartment of a corvette.  It the bottle is placed in a mounted box 
w/ the proper venting, can it pass tech.  Or, can I create a separate, 
removable wall that shrinks the "interior compartment" and therefore the bottle 
is outside that space?  There simply is no other place to mount a 
bottle.
