Alternator

Try as I might I can't see the downside to running an alternator either..
They keep the system Voltage in an acceptable range for ALL components
involved... not just the Ignition system but they keep the Electrical Pumps
operating at the right speeds... so on and so forth.... and if I didn't have
an Alternator I sure couldn't have run the car with a dead battery

Keith ( yes I know the horsepower required goes up with increased demands )
