Glad to Joe... My version of run like stink generally involes breaking a
record.. Kieth we went fairly fast on a good course... No record no
hat...about 4 under the record if I remeber right.. and it is all
relative to the record.. A h/production car going 140 on a 130 record
runs like stink..a D/FALT running 228 on a 230 is going fairly fast at
best and at worst burning gas and making some noise...
A ton of nitrous.... A ton of nitrous is when you are sure that with the
current jetting that you will break the crank at the 3 and then jet it
up another 100 hp just to make sure you set the record with the broken
crank..it is realative to the power output of the engine too in my
mind..a 300hp 120 inch engine with 150 hit has a lot of nitrous one with
250 hp or more has a ton.. LOL anything over 50% or what the engine
makes already gets you into the racey catagory. A 200 hit on a 550
engine is just a little 'help'. But we did have as much fun as you can
have without setting a record and it was a good vacation for me to get
away from serious racing.. LOL
All in good fun, as always,
Dave
