Apparently popular diesel fleet mineral oils such as Chevron Delo and Shell Rotella still have sufficient ZDDP for break-in purposes. I used it in the Elva's MGA engine for the first two events and after that switched to RP Racing 41--Royal Purple claims that this oil has high ZDDP levels, probably like the VR1-and yes it is quite expensive.
