Well after 4 years of ownership and thousands of hours I can finally say that the restoration is done. You know how that goes... It is never really done but done to a point that no one notices the little items that need to be finished. I drove the car during lunch just to show it off to some friends and am pleased with the responses I got from complete strangers. One gentlemen even asked me to pull over so he could take a better look. That was the first "I owned one of these" stories and I am sure not the last. It is amazing how this car not only brings out the kid in me but the kid in allot of people who see it. Thank you to the members of this list who have provided insight both directly and indirectly. The car turn out spectacular. My pride should be felt by the entire Healey community. (it takes a village) I know this list strips attachments but if any one is interested in a picture I will gladly email directly.
