Neil -
There is no space on the floor between the seat and the rocker panel for a
retractor to fit. They are all too large. The gap is so narrow you can't
even attach standard belts to the loop without removing the seat so that you
can get in there with a spanner.
Frankly, standard non-retractable shoulder belts are plenty comfortable and
easy enough to use on a BJ8. That's what I have and they work great.
