Well, in my case I didn't mind, as he was charging half the rate he
charged the insurance jobs. And it only took 4 months....
And as to dentists and insurance, the insurance companies work a deal
to discount the standard rate, which the dentist agrees to, so to have
more paying customers. If you have a good relationship with your
dentist, one can sometime work the same deal with him; charge the same
and I'll stay your customer.
