The top of the shroud is about 1/4 inch down fro the top of the tank.
The bottom tips of the small flange are up about 1/4 inch from the tank
seam. So I guess center it top to bottom is what I'm saying. I'm sure
the factory assembly of the radiators had some variance in placement.
