SV: Merlin engine

In Sweden there is a guy, who instead of a car has a Rolls-Royce Merlin
engine in his garage. He used to work as an engine designer for SAAB, and
has built at least 25 miniature engines. I've heard many of them, and as I
recall the mini Merlin is about half a meter long.
