As long as we are talking about the cut off switch, I have a question about its 
use on my BN7 where it is placed on the outside of the rear bulkhead with the 
knob projecting into the trunk area.  It seems like a very dirty, wet place to 
put a switch that looks like it should be protected from the elements.  I 
purchased an "NOS original Lucas" switch.  Has anyone figuered out a way to 
protect the body of the switch from the elements when it is located right next 
to the left rear tire?
