Hi Brian,
A good possibility would be a lack of free play in the master cylinder
push rod preventing the master cylinder piston from returning fully.
The threads on the push rod are used to adjust this.

AKA locked up brakes.
MY 100 was having too much travel on the brake peddle so I bought one of
the moss rebuild kits and changed out all the rubber inside the master
cylinder. Now the brakes work great, but get stiffer and stiffer until
the
car wont roll. Opening a slave cylinder relieves the pressure and all is
well for out 10 pushes of the brake peddle then lock-up.
What did I do wrong?
