Jim ... Sorry you had problems . but maybe l can help :---
#1 press seal onto pulley to make sure you have a snug fit between seal
and pulley will take a firm push to press seal over pulley .. do you have the
big washer ( defiector ) behind seal ????
#2 ...see page #147 in my Tech Book you could have avoided this by
installing a fuse in this circuit
#3 put a NEW cylinder on
#4 Call Smitty first
