Exporting data?

Is there a way to export RPM, speed, HP, etc. data to a text file or tab
delimited file?  I want to use some of the HP data to do some
calculations.  It would also be useful for our FSAE team to plot RPM and
Speed data in Excel for anaylsis and presentations.
