I have mounted the palm on my dash using velcro. Seems pretty stable
(hasn't fallen off yet), but it does vibrate some. I had to move the brake
bias adj down behind the gear shift.

It is pretty tight (even in my older "wide body" car). We had some problems
last event with Angie hitting it during shifting and turning it off, so we
run with the cover on for her.

I would recommend keeping it out of the sun. The display becomes unreadable
when hot, but it doesn't seem to be permanent yet.
