We have used a Lexan windshield in a Champcar endurance car for years and ha=
ve not had a significant problem. The only issue has been when driving for h=
ours in the wet, we would get black streaks near the bottom of wipers like f=
rom the rubber transferring to the windshield. After the race we were able t=
o clean it off. Use a cleaner like Nexus to clean it. =20

Then fit the screen/surround to the frame, using the same cord technique, o=
r just take the screen out and proceed as usual.
