Hi Jonathan,

No dumb questions.......  

The BN2 transmission is very similar to the 100/6. The bell housing is 
different but interchangeable as the 100/6 uses an hydraulic clutch whereas the 
BN2 clutch is mechanically operated.

The 1st motion shaft on the 100/6 is longer but can be cut down to allow use of 
the transmission in a BN2.

The BN1 transmission, although completely different from a 100/6 could be 
replaced by one if a BN2 bell housing and clutch were used and the input shaft 
was shortened.

I think that is all of... others may have thoughts.
