Great stuff.....nothing like doing it easy way.
We did make a precision drill plate and have converted a number early
flywheels to diaphragm clutch.
It can be done on a drill press. Dennis Delap has used it for one of his
flywheels.
It's just sitting on the shelf, so if someone wants to borrow it....shipping
costs will cover it.
But if you have a cnc resource, go for it!
