This is from memory, so it might be wrong.
There are two pairs of bolts, the inners and the outers. I think the
inners are longer. The inners get torqued to 65 or so, the outers get
torqued to 45 or so.
I'll look it up tonite to be sure.
But it also reminds me that I meant to do this job over the winter. Now,
where are those damn seals...

... but don't drive around or near the guy's shop at night lest you find
one of the missing manhole covers with your tires/rims.
