Hi Terry, I'm not seeing why the buttons have to have a radiused head. If they were flat and didn't extend beyond the piston there would be minimal contact with the edges as the pin moved. Is that too concentrated a load for the material to deal with? Thanx for starting this interesting thread! Steve Smith |
