Ok, now for the next stupid question ... what's so hard about making them ? I'm
envisioning a "mushroom" shape, with the stem sized to fit snugly into the bore
of the pin, and the head curved to more-or-less match the cylinder wall. Need a
ball cutting attachment to do the head right, but with Delrin you could almost
use a wood chisel and do it freehand ? Start with a rod slightly larger than
needed, turn the outside of the head to diameter, then round the head. Hog out
the stem, part it off and do the next one.
What am I missing ?
