It seems that all accross the vintage racing scene the entries have been lower 
than in previous years.  For profit organizations are feeling the changes.

 I for one do not accept the VSCCA's generosity as being completely altruistic. 
 On the contrary this is more likely a buisiness and revenue generating 
oppurtunity.
