For the record, try to find a better clutch than the Borg & Beck set-up.
I've had 2 of them come a part on me with only a couple of races on each.
I finally found a remanufactured Laycock pressure plate and have had no
problems. Beware of Borg & Beck packaged in Laycock boxes.

I ran a LUK assembly. The center section of the of the clutch disc gave up
after 12 years. I thought that was pretty respectable. :-)
Jack & I have a local and well known supplier that keeps them on the shelf
for us. (ClutchMasters)
As Barry relates, conversion from finger type to diaphragm style makes
enormous sense, especially if you are going to replace the units anyway. But
most of
you know that, already.
