After several attempts, I was finally able to contact the Philion's about
both FOT again and the San Diego race. Apparently, they were misinformed,
entry for race had closed already in July. I was also told that only cars
conforming to HSMA rules are allowed.
I am rather embarrassed to once again have passed along erroneous
information. (Remember BIR closing and no SCCA autocross at the San Diego
stadium), So my apologies to all. Hopefully I have not totally destroyed my
credibility.
