It should. I have a late hood on my '66. A PO jury-rigged the attachment on the 
hood for the hood prop.

Does a 67.5 hood fit on a 68? 
I'm looking for a hood to use while mine gets painted and there is a guy 
parting a 67.5. 
Someone I know has a boyfriend who really likes my car and she asked if I 
would sell, so I threw out the highest number I could think of at the moment, 
15k.LOL Then I'd have to start over! 
Long weekend coming up, here comes summer
