Can't be a 210 head. They were all A series engines and were not overhead cam.

Sounds like a 210 L-4 head. Do you have pics? What kind of shape is it
in? Measure an intake port. If the intake port is 1 1/2 inch and the
combustion chamber is kidney shaped, it's a pretty desirable piece,
provide it hasn't been warped or milled too much.
