You can still get the mechanical speedo's, and possibly the tach as well.
As Pete says there is, IIRC a thread, with pictures, on 311s.org.
If you wanted to go all electric, the Classic Instruments 'hot rod' series
has been used in quite a few roadsters and is quite similar to the early
roadster gauges, but is all electronic, and you may have to do some minor
fabricating for the speedo, unless one of the later electronic sending units
will bolt in.
It would probably look best if you got a complete set of gauges.........ie:
match the ones you are already installing........??
