SEM Solve http://www.vinylpro.com/product/3837 It's probably not safe for paints long term, but I've just wipe it off immediately and have not seen any discoloring of any paint. You'll still have to peel the sticker, but it will dissolve the adhesive. It also easily removes overspray before it has fully cured.
