Hello, I posted some pictures from the run we had on Saturday. What
a gorgeous day weather-wise, slightly cool 60's and sunny! I don't
really notice on my daily commute in the pathfinder ... but when
cruising in the roadster ... there's a lot of boring cars on the road. ;^)

Roger also has pictures posted of the run.
Note, the cruise was the maiden voyage for Paul's red 67 2000
restoration. The car looks good and ran great! I met Paul & Carolyn
in Clairemont Mesa and then we were off to Oceanside to meet Roger &
Bill. From there we took Highway 76 out to Mt. Palomar. Up the hill
for some screamin-squiggly fun. Some photo ops at the top and the
gentler glide down. We stopped for lunch at the Hideout Saloon. Yeh
we're baaad ... our roadsters parked in the middle of a 100
Harleys. Some more fun on Mesa Grande and letting the cars wind
out. From there a stop at Dudley's Bakery in Santa Ysabel to take
home some goodies (for me, jalapeno bread). Then we made our way
back to Paul's house. Wild Cat Canyon used to be a fun road but with
the casino ... SLOW traffic! Goood times in the roadster!! Joe
