Ooh, that's way too much information!  ;-)

Seriously though, even a small windscreen like that will make a difference.
I did a driver's school in Dan Garrison's race car where the plexiglass was
a little higher on the driver's side. At lunch I rode in the car with one of
the instructors driving and was amazed at how much buffeting and LIFT I
felt! I actually had to hold onto the bottom of my helmet to keep it pulled
down so I could see decently.

You'll notice even the original BRE windscreen, as minimal as it was, still
had a little kick-up in front of the driver.
