Since we have this huge collective here I thought we might have some knife
aficionados.

Looking for the best in Kitchen cutlery for a gift, anyone with any knowledge
in this area please let me know what brand they would be.

Roadster content:  I finally got my project moved to its new location along
with the boxes of parts that came off it completley unpacked and I moved its
siblings in with it.
