It'll rev quicker due to the reduced inertia, and will help acceleration. But on the street, it will be more difficult to launch from a stop and easier to stall especially on hills. I personally have not had any experience with a lightened flywheel. Steve 70' 1600 I noticed one of those racer parts for sale is a lightweight flywheel. Any advantage to using a lightweight flywheel on a street 1600? Cheers, ` ___ ' Pete - (O o) - ----------------------ooO--(_)--Ooo--------- Lake Forest Park, WA 1966 Datsun 1600 (SPL311-00799) |
