Lino-
Did you get the 'new' Rewinds, or do you have the older ones from last year or
so? I ask, because I have a set with the neg offset, and with 215's (cheeeeep
Cooper Cobra GT's great for the drift, lousy for the grip), they barely clear
the rear fender lip. I have a 70-3 280zxturbo franken-z with R200 lsd and
280zxt rear calipers, the fronts fit nice, but I couldnt fit 225's without a
fender flare or a big baseball bat. I know the new round of Konig's have a 0
offset, which I want for either my supra or possibly the roadster, any one know
for sure? I chatted with the central CA distributor/ Ebay seller of the Konigs
(tech toy tuning) and he wasn't sure if they would. Great Watanabe knockoffs,
paint 'em black!
I have used older AVS on the z and had a set on my 88 celica all trac, good
tires, but the Azenis are better ($$$)
BTW, I have a set of BFG Euro T/A's (3 years old now) on my 1600 and was able
to set pace/keep up with a 2000 shod with the A032's on the great, extremely
twisty roads of Highway 49, not bad for a closeout tire with free g-tech gizmo.
