If I were you I'd stop foolin' around with you're regular insurance company and 
call Hagarty Insurance. They only insure collector cars and boats. They will 
insure you cars for an agreed value, which means that incase of a loss , you'll 
get the amount that you've agreed to! No fighting with adjusters, they just 
pay. And better yet , they're very inexpensive.  Their only stipulation is that 
you garage the cars and that they are not daily drivers.
