A good chrome shop will work wonders. Rust and pits they deal with. A bent 
bumper is no problem. 
I used NU CHROME ( so did half of the Datsun Club here) in Fallriver Mass. 
Ship it to them. (call first) They know the roadster and do great work. Your 
looking at about $1200 for everything including the bumpers.Its cheaper by the 
package.
