It's really a personal preferance thing. I just like having more wiggle room and fewer things to bang into. I did talk to someone at Shasta that reported that is was very easy to bump the nozzles on the SU carbs and bend them. That of course caused lots of problems. keith I'm a bit confused by all the recommendations to leave carbs and manifolds off. It's been a long time, but way in the past I use to remove and install engine/trans many times, often by myself. |
