I have a 1600 rear end in my car with a 2000 engine
and one of the later 5 speeds. The speedo is from a
1600 but is a bit happy. It reads 80 when it is
actually doing 70. What effect would putting a 2000
speedo in have? Would I need to change anything else?
I kind of like the 1600 gearing it makes it faster on
acceleration though probably reduces the top end a
bit. I appreciate the help.
