If you don't already have a 3 row core you should. A new rad will make a dramatic difference depending on the condition of your current one. My 2000 stroker still runs warm even w/a new rad but it would probably overheat if not for the new rad I installed. I use Stant but I did have a bad one. I suggest testing the thermostat to make sure it starts opening at its rated temperature. I use a digital thermostat and one of those small hot water heaters you put in a cup, to test it. Mike |
