Hi list,
I have used a hi temp paint on exhaust manifolds with a fair measure
of success.
It is called "American Eagle 1500 deg. F Plus Ultra Hot Paint" made by
Altawood Aerosols, Upland Ca.
www.altawood.com
It is available in a variety of colours including Cast Iron and
Aluminium.
Not as dear as VHT etc. and lasts very well on all the hot bits.
With proper preparation and de-rusting of the exhaust manifold I
reckon you will be pleased with the results.
Regards,
Graeme Suckling
