As everyone has noticed I am moving quickly towards doing a KA24DE swap.
I found that Carl still has some kits, found some engines ($300 for the
whole deal), and am getting ready for the big show (planned as a mad
dash engine transplant electrical orgy during the first half of march)
I was wondering if anyone has any pictures that might help guide me.
I'm particularly interested in how everything fits in the engine
compartment. In particular where do you put the ECU, new air filter and
intake, does the wider top of the KA24DE require you to move relays and
such? What have people done about alternators, do you use the original
pedal system or should I grab the pedals off the 240sx?
Any thoughts would be helpful.
