Undercoating removal

Hello,
Finally got my 1970 mounted on my rotary fixture. I flipped the car on it's
side and removed all of the undercoating with a paint scraper. There's still a
small amount of tar on the metal and am wondering what is the best product to
use to remove it? No explosive chemcials please. My parts cleaning days by way
of gasoline are long gone.
