Hi guys,
I went to a local place called "Bearing Belt and Chain:". They gave me
a piece of belt material that was about 2 feet wide and 3 feet long.
They had rolls of this stuff hundreds of feet long. They just cut it off
a piece of scrap belt material. This stuff is tough and about .250"
thick. I think it is used to transport gravel and rock material used in
the mining industry. It is a very durable rubber and has fiber plys. I
just cut it up to size with a box knife. This stuff will last alot
longer than I will.
