Are you saying that your turn signals work when you push the lever up or
down, but don't cancel? If so, it is either a turn signal switch that will
probably need to be replaced, the small spring in the switch is
broken/deformed, the switch is too far down the steering column, or the
cam on the back of the steering wheel is missing.
